Awful service. Girl behind the counter could not be bothered to pay attention to anything we ordered and had to repeat ourselves several times. Probably because she had her air pods in on the phone. All the cones were stale and chewy and all the ice cream had a slimy texture. Even after asking several times to press the ice cream into the cone a bit so my kids wouldn't drop it she didn't listen and my kids dropped the ice cream. I'll never be back

Customer service was not the best. The lady had her headset on but also had her air pod in talking on the phone so she couldn’t hear anything I was saying. She put the ice cream right on top of the cone and it fell off before we could even leave the building. She gave us a bowl for my son after that. Left and my second sons ice-cream fell right off all over the car. The cones were also very stale and our ice cream was slimey. It went right in the trash and we had to go to Dairy Queen next door because we were taking my son for ice cream for his birthday. Waste of money.

Does anyone knows when they will get their machine fixed? I been trying to purchase a Capuchino blast for past Month and every time go by they can’t make you a drink because of this broke machine.

Went here for the first time to grab some Ice Cream for my son and I.  Pros: The environment was peaceful and clean. We were seen promptly by an associate who was very helpful. The ice cream itself was delicious and they did have waffle cones in stock seems to be a common complaint.  Cons: Unfortunately they were out of some flavors that I wanted the ice creams in question looked a little messed up and melty. Also, what I can only assume was the manager/shift leader came out from the back in the middle of our interaction and verbally assualted our associate for something she said he had done. Very unprofessional, but our guy walked it off and stayed respectful and courteous to me and my son.

I was not impressed with this Baskin Robbins. We arrived around 9:10 pm, 50 minutes before they close. I ordered a warm cookie ice cream sandwich, but was told the ovens were off, so it wouldn't be warm. No apology, just a that's-the-way-it-is attitude. Since warm ice cream sandwiches are prominent on the menu, they should be available during business hours, in this customer's opinion. I ended up with a hot fudge sundae, which was tasty enough -- definitely more satisfying than the customer service.

Walked in to get some ice cream. Completely ignored!! Two women came in s minute later and immediately helped. Employee prepared their order and continued to take orders from window. After 5 minutes and no acknowledgement of my presence, I left!! Horrible service!!

We love this place and their Charming staff Thank You Leutricia are just Great! We ordered 2 quarts of their Pistachio Almond ice cream hand pack and they had us laughing all the way to pick-up! So Wonderful an experience...Thank You!

There's  always something going on here. The staff is rude and they try shutting down early, half of the ice cream is put away an hour before closing. Obviously they don't own the place so who cares?!?! I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but 4 times is sufficient to say...it was not just one employee or one incident. Won't ever go back!

I really like the ice cream here!!  The lady that help me was very nice, I was indecisive about the flavor but she offered me samples so I can feel happy with my choice. I think this is the kind of customer service we need, I wish I remember her name. The place was very clean and I was pleased with the service, and the icecream. I highly recommend this place, and I myself will coming back!
