Incredible experience at this Baskin Robbins, the server said he was from Delhi and was super friendly - didn't hesitate to let us try all the flavours that we wanted to and helped us make a decision as best he could.  He also told us about the 31% discount on the 31st and I fully plan to use that at the end of this month.

Lots of flavours as always. I usually get the mango tango on a waffle cone and it did not disappoint. What makes this location special is their staff - friendly and knowledgeable. At times, it can get busy and their staff tries to accommodate everyone in an efficient manner so as to minimize wait times. Have been here several times and I’m definitely going back. Keep up the good work!

Went on a summer Saturday evening. No lineup and got our ice creams fast. I was disappointed because they didn't have the Churro Dulce du Leche here and I really wanted to try. I ended getting the flavour of the month - Cookie Monster. The service was good and flavour was okay.

Horrible customer service from the male staff working this past weekend. Very rude and dismissive. The atmosphere felt very unwelcoming because of his demeanour and needs to learn how to better serve customers of different ethnic backgrounds. This is Canada and your serving customers in the heart of downtown. Do better.Service: 1/5

Incredibly disappointed with this ice cream cake. I ordered this cake just plain because I wanted to decorate it myself. I orders just a plain white ice cream cake with red and black trim on the top and bottom. When I picked it up it was half the thickness then what we were told when we ordered and it was very uneven,  lower on one side and higher on the other  as you can see from the picture  a very sloppy job . Even the trim was sloppy . We paid $89 for this cake and was not worth it at all. I complained when I saw it and they offered me two extra tub of ice cream to make up for the size of the cake but I don’t think that made up for the lack of care in terms of size and attention to detail that they put into making this for us and the size. The cakes available at the store were bigger in terms of the size for $20 less than what we got charged.  Will never buy an ice cream cake from them again as I never felt so ripped off buying a cake.

We got an ice-cream cake made for my daughter's birthday from here and everything from the taste to the decor was great. The only thing I'd improve is the box in which they delivered the cake as it was too small. But all in all, it was a great experience and I'd go back to them any day.Food: 5/5

I like the interior & location of this outlet of Baskin Robbins. Very friendly people work here. Impressive quality of cakes. Highly recommended for friends and families. Best wishes & good luck with the new project.

Great little ice cream shop to stop by if you got a sweet tooth , me and my boyfriend came during valentine's day and there limited icecreams are amazing Food: 5/5

Stopped by for their grand opening and was greeted by a crew of friendly staff and a busy store! They have tons of flavours and after trying a few I got the Cotton Candy. DELICIOUS! Will be back all summer long!
