I just wanted to give 5 stars to the young man that was working last night, Friday November 15 around 8:15. I wish I had asked his name because his customer service was amazing. My family and I stopped in for ice cream and he was just phenomenal with my two children and so positive and upbeat. If you see this please know that you are going to do great things with that attitude, my friend!

I only give 1 stars for this location because they are always closed for “cleaning”. We have stopped by multiple times now on Wednesday nights to go get ice cream. It’s right before 9 or is 9 and the sign say’s they close at 10 and this past Wednesday my husband even called a head of time to verify. We get there at 8:50 pm about and the place is closed. Idk what is going on but they need to figure it out.

My husband and I go here almost every single day to get milkshakes, but the last couple times we have been the workers have been completely  rude and have REFUSED to make us milkshakes. Said they didn't have the time to make them, even though not one single other person was in the store at that time. One of the workers even refused because he said they didn't have some of the fruit we wanted, but the fruit was sitting on the shelf behind him. Need to hire better employees who aren't lazy and actually do what they are getting paid for!!!

I got great service there, a week ago. The lady working at the Ice Cream part, was very informative with all their products.
