Javaid was so nice, she let me try a few samples. I tried the Mexican Chocolate and I loved it I got a scoop and I got my favorite jamoca almond fudge.Food: 5/5

We just stopped here after practice.  Kids got a single scoop.  My son’s ice cream fell off the cone onto the floor on the 1st lick.   Attendants response was “not my problem.”   We stopped for a happy moment and left sad and disappointed.  Very unfriendly man with black hair and black beard.   I let this one sink into the kids - the feeling of disappointment they will always associate with this BR.

I took my granddaughter for an ice cream “date.” The employee there, a male who seemed to be a manager or owner, was unfriendly and cheap! I went to bite my ice cream and it fell out of the cone onto the table outside the store. The cone  was cracked and it’s clear that he didn’t pack the cone properly. I took the empty and.broken cone back into store and reported that the ice cream fell out of the cone, thinking he would replace the ice cream. Nope! He flatly told me he’d replace the ice cream but I’d have to pay for it AGAIN!! He put the new scoop into the same cracked cone and put it all in a cup! Paid $10 total for a scoop that fell and a replacement. Cheap and unprofessional! Never going there again!

We walked in and the two young ladies behind the counter quickly helped us with our selection of ice cream, they were great. I ordered Banana Split Sunday which I have not had since forever. OMG! It was so deliciously good. I couldn't stop eating until it was all gone.

Love this location. Always very friendly and nice. If you give respect you will get it back. In this hard time of small business they are try to help the community to enjoy, Not to give away FREE ice cream. Please people put your foot in their shoes than you realize how hard it is right now to make money.. BR is doing really great. Me and my family and friends love this location. They are THE BEST. keep it up the good work guys

Always good ice cream friendly staff but they never opens on time waited 10mins after opening time, n nothing. wasted my time, I even got here 10mins early because I need 12 scoops of ice cream for my employees.  So I went to whittier location now I'll be going there

Let's begin. So I ordered a single scoop and they wanted to charge me 50 cents extra. The menu clearly says, "cup" or "cone". It says nothing about an extra 50 cents for a cone. That's a rip off. They are already charging almost $5 for a single scoop. What's next, you are going to charge for a spoon? Don't blame it on inflation either. People are better off going to right-aid and buying a tub of ice cream and getting a bang out of your hard earned money. This has nothing to do with the employees, this message is strictly for the owners. "They deserve to go out of business!!!"  -S Dogg

I know the ice cream is really good actually is my favorite but this place is a so cheep for a single scoop they give you a kids size scoop and then the service is horrible specially in the weekend.  For now on im going the one next city i don't  mind the driving . i know is going to be better experience

The young ladies were super nice and friendly,  very helpful.   The place was nice and clean.   My husband and I both had the 2 scoop sundae.  I had the pumpkin pie cheesecake when I saw that it was back I had to have it.  We both tried the non dairy chocolate extreme  and it was delicious.   I would definitely buy that.  I  like this Baskin Robbins better than the one in Whittier.   My go to ice cream parlor

Need better customer service.  Tried door dashing an ice cream cake... they called me to tell me they didn't have any of the type i Ordered... I was offered a different type why they get 2 stars  but when I respectfully declined, the kid mumbled something and hung up.  When I called back, same kid answered I asked  what he said before he hung up apparently I was told "you need to cancel the order"  umm #1 don't mumble and hang up like I'm an inconvenience.  #2 if you can't provide the service or product you should cancel the order as you should be explaining what happened to the Doordash folks, Not me.  I paid in full and held up my end.
