August 27, 2023  Back at BR again, the place was abuzz with activity, but the line swiftly ebbed forward. The familiar friendliness of the staff graced our experience. With our order thoughtfully prepared, we settled indoors to indulge. A small suggestion would be to press some ice cream deeper into the cone, ensuring it doesn't become a cone-only affair towards the end. In the grand scheme, this special treat left me brimming with happiness.  August 1, 2023  Baskin Robbins Pickering is a delightful ice cream spot! My visit was on 08/01/23. The staff greeted me warmly, and the place was spotless. They have a fantastic selection of flavors. My chocolate chip cookie dough scoop was heavenly. Highly recommend!

We love the ice cream. Amazing customer service. We accidentally ordered the wrong ice cream flavour, the staff was very helpful and accommodated us by replacing a new one without cost. Thank you. Food: 5/5

Went to get ice cream last night and a young guy named Tristan served me and my girlfriend. Tristan was in training and he was very enthusiastic and thorough with our order. Thumbs up for this kid, Huge future ahead of him!Service: 5/5

Wow... Amazing service and the ice-cream quality is par none. The store was very clean and Maya serving me was super friendly and courteous. I would go back to this store again and again. Purchased a Christmas Log Cake and  some Winter White Chocolate Ice-cream Mmmm delish.

The owners are incredible! Always a positive experience here. This BR location is truly a Pickering staple. The staff are friendly and evidently well trained by supervisors, the store is always clean, and the ice-cream is always delicious! Highly recommend!

Best Cake ever!!! Wow!! I ordered Strawberry Cheese cake on the phone for my 3 yr old son’s Birthday. Like always, the flavor was a hit. I usually provide my own design but this time I couldn’t find good Construction theme cake design so I told them that they can use their own idea to create a Construction theme cake. It was beyond my expectations and really impressed. Thank you so much for this and everyone loved it.

Update:  Amazing place for cakes for all special events.  The cakes always taste just as delicious and yummy as they look.  Also, the owner Raquel is always so pleasant to speak with and her staff are very polite and professional. Baskin Robbins in general is my favourite ice cream brand. My family loves going to our local BR Pickering. They were friendly and attentive but lately it seems like they staff talk to each other more than they pay attention to customers. The last time I went, i got 2 scoops but if you see the picture i attached… does it look like a 2 scoop order? I couldn’t even ask the person that served me because she was busy talking.

My husband and I got here at 11:56 and the guy working there was super patient with wanting to taste like 10 flavors before deciding lol.Food: 5/5
