Went in to buy ice cream for my family and gift cards for my students. I was informed that they would no longer be selling gift cards. So we went across the street and purchased from Dairy Queen. Ciao, Baskin Robbins!

The ice cream is good. The service is terrible. It may be time to train the high school kid employees customer service.

I am very disappointed in this location. Tonight was the second time in 4 days that I have come in and attempted to get the flavor of the month. They were out both times. There was no sympathy from the workers, in fact one worker just sat in plain view behind the counter eating. I would think a "rain check" for tonight would have been in order due to the special prices on Tuesday. Very disappointed in their custom service, it is like they just didn't care about me at all.
