I'll start with the Pros: their fuel didn't have any water in it.

Cons:  At AirVenture 2011, I left a fuel tag on the airplane the day before I wanted to leave.  I got to the airplane the next morning, needing to depart to minimize weather and turbulence over the front range, and the aircraft was fuelled 33% light.  I called, and they refused to send a truck to fix it!  I had to pull up on their ramp to get them to fix their fuelling mistake!  Since the aircraft was stuck in its own wheel impressions in the north 40, there was a required cool-down period for the turbocharger.

Then the guy fuelling the plane before us on the ramp had to go fuel another airplane elsewhere (??).  Waited for another fuel truck to show up, and THEN waited a good 15 minutes for the guy to make it back out of the office and back into the truck.  I went back into the office two or three times to ask when they were going to be fuelling our airplane.  We finally got the fuel about an hour after our planned ETD.  Yes, it had been an hour to this point to get our gas.

At that point, the line to depart the airport was almost wrapped around the departure end of 27.

All told, our ATD was over an hour and a half behind the plan.  We wound up getting stopped for the night in KENV by thunderstorms, and hammered over the front range by build-ups that were really hitting their stride, instead of just starting.

In a nutshell?  Don't depend on Basler to either give you the fuel you ask for, and definitely don't depend on them to be able to give you timely customer service in the event that they make a mistake.
