I was extremely pleased with my recent purchase at Basney mazda. Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to order me the exact car I wanted! Tom did a great job of making my first purchase of a brand new car fast and easy! He would email or call me with updates of when it should arrive and would always answer my questions right away. Shaun showed me how to work everything in my new car and took as much time as I needed to do so. Everyone at Basney was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely buy another car from them. The only problem is i haven’t gotten much done since getting my car because I never want to stop driving my new 2018 Mazda MX-5 Miata grand touring RF :)

This is second mazda we bought from basney mazda. First experience waa so great we went back and this time the experience was just as great. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.  Loved our first mazda 3 and really live the mazda 3 cx we have now.

I’ve been going to others for BMW Service, and while they were ok, I often felt disappointed when I picked my car up.  Other service places weren’t able to reset the service computer, they often left the seats dirty etc.  I decided to go to Basney for an oil change.  I was surprised that the oil change was the same price, but the service exceeded my expectations.  Check in and checkout is easy.  The waiting area is clean with lots of coffee choices.  Attention to detail is throughout the store, a monitor in the customer waiting room allows the guest to see the status of the car and when it’s finished.  Bathrooms are spotless,  guest service is helpful and respectful.  I can’t think of a reason to go anywhere else.
