I went in tonight looking for a new rod and reel for my husband for his Christmas gift. Bill was an amazing help me to me, he knew so much about everything! He asked all the right questions to help me with my purchase, I can tell you I had no idea what was what (my husband usually does all this). 
He got me the best deal ever!! I was super happy!!! 
Nathan was a huge help with me with his information on bait. I appreciate you guys so much!! Thanks for the help!! My husband was super excited when I got home!! Plus Santa was there bumer only took one kid! But this place is great! I will always go here even though it’s a 30 min drive from home! When the customer service is this great I will drive as far as needed. Thanks again Bill and Nathan!!!!

This place is fantastic. They have a huge selection of outdoor items, and decent prices. You can probably find it cheaper online, but it is nice to walk in and hold something before buying.
They have a good firearm selection, and a really good selection on ammunition.
Be sure to check their specials if you're looking for ammunition.

Took our daughter to see Santa this evening and it was great.  Santa and the staff taking the photos and such were very friendly and welcoming.

Gave 4 stars because while walking around we ventured towards the back of the store.  There was a guy back there hard selling time share packages.  

We asked him on the outset of the conversation if they were time shares, and he said they were not.  He then had us fill out a short form, and explain to us what he was selling.  ...It was time share packages.  He was just calling them something else.

I wonder how many customers actually purchase packages, vs those that get a bad taste in their mouth for BPS.  I would think the latter is the majority.  

Other than the time share guy I look forward to going back to BPS.

It was the most miss managed gun sale. Being a ceo consultant and seeing how poor this was run is a disgrace for a huge company. You all are way better than this. Bought my gun on line for my son. Won’t be back. I spent over a couple thousand a year but no more.

The location is great, but how can a company put the coolest cooler in their inventory?  The kicker starter campaign swindled people out of millions of dollars.  We bought 2 coolers and never received them.  We only received emails asking for more money.  Please, bass pro shops, do your research on the companies you do business with - they should be ethical!
