Roger Mason and Leah DiSisto are both graduates of the Culinary Institute of America and the Italian Culinary Academy. After successfully working in multiple restaurants and studying in Italy, creating a place to express their passion was ultimately the next step.Their focus for Basta is freshness and authenticity. With the use of their greenhouse, multiple gardens, and help from local farmers, they will strive to recreate the dishes and the atmosphere that changed the way they see food today.
