Shameful - disregard and narcsism - the customer service operators treat the passengers as trash and below them. They have a parental demeanor and refuse to be wrong. Sadly, they do a horrible time serving and customer service does not suit any of the there employees and manager Shirley and Jimmy (I believe) Kathy and Betty - even as I contacted Kathy to get her and Betty's name she was short, bitter, and rude quite scary in fact.

Trouble in Baton Rouge! Driver announced 10 min stop. When we tried to go out to reboard, a security guard would not let us and rudely would not answer any inquiries. Then our bus started to back out, causing much anxiety and confusion. The guard ordered us back inside, and another employee said the driver was just changing boarding lanes. All the guard had to do was to be a bit communicative, and explain what was going on. Instead she chose to wield some misguided control, and poor communication skills. We were allowed to go to the bus 25 minutes later after franticly waving at the driver, who saw and signaled us to go outside and reboard.

I was trying to find out what time my daughter would be arriving in Slidell, LA. I called New Orleans Greyhound first. They couldn't tell me anything. Not even if they had a bus going to Slidell much less the time of arrival. So, I called Baton Rouge Greyhound Bus Station. They were so much curtious and professional. Since I didn't have a confirmation number she gave the times of arrival for both buses stopping in Slidell. They only had 2 buses stopping in Slidell on the day in question. Thank you Baton Rouge.
