The process was straight forward ... Bought online and received a call within 20 min telling me my battery was ready for me. When I got to the store they place looked brand new everything was organized ... That alone made me feel like I was going to have a good experience and I did.  The gentleman at the store changed my battery withing 20 min .... Fantastic service and my car is up and running again .... Thanks !!!

Careful with online ordering with in-store pickup.. When I got there, they didn't have the battery that I ordered in-stock.  They substituted another brand battery and made a big deal that I was getting a better 'brand'.

I placed my order for a motorcycle battery online for store pickup and saved 15% by doing so. Within 5 minutes, someone from the store called me to confirm my order telling me they'd have it ready and charged for me the next morning for pickup. My husband did the pickup and couldn't say enough about how accommodating and wonderful all the staff were. Definitely a customer for life !
