Good experience with total transaction.  Very competitive pricing.  Competent personnel who had batteries ready for pick up when I arrived at the store. Will recommend to others and certainly will, come back for any future battery needs.

Days after posting a low review on the repair done I was contacted by the owner of this store. He was disappointed in my review and offered to make repairs necessary at no cost. I was reluctant but gave them a chance to make it right. He denied using refurbished parts although that is what his employees I spoke with told me. He said they use aftermarket parts. I took the phone back and the owner took good care of it this time. Said he used an Apple brand battery and parts. /
It's been 3 weeks and the phone is working perfectly. I have to say 3rd time is a charm and it doesn't hurt to express your experience. Good or Bad.  Thank you NOW I DO RECOMMEND!!!

Took iPhone 6 in to fix the charging port and what they say replaced battery for new one and came out with the mic not working, poor cell signal and the battery life worst than before. They use refurbished parts and I should have known it would be a nightmare. Took it back and they replaced the mic/ charger/ whatever else is connected to the charging port part because they said it was all one piece. It made no difference. Now my charging port is stiff, i have to use the speaker or headphones because people cannot hear me on the mic. The store rep said it's normal and that it will loosen up. Wrong. Terrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!for phone repairs. The store should stick to batteries only. If you're not replacing with new parts it isn't worth it.

Refuse to replace a obviously defective battery for my cell phone that was more than double the cost of one at Walmart Mart. Looks like I learned my lesson. Guy at the counter said it was the phone but it works just fine with other batteries. I think he didn't want to do the paperwork. Before we were even done talking he started to assist the customer behind me in line so I left. Disappointed.

Great experience,  purchased 8 golf cart batteries using their websites recommendation for my 2015 club car golf cart and it worked great. Got 10%off ordering online.  Was able to get the 120 for price of 105 from other retailers.
