Very pleased with my RV battery  purchase at Batteries and Bulbs in Tualatin. The personnel who work there are very knowable and helpful. I liked being able to save 10% by making the purchase online. When we went to pick the battery up the sales person had it right away. Smooth, fast and efficient, a very positive experience.

Service +. !!  I called another batteries plus shop on Canyon. Insisted I come in and he would check if he had them, which he thought he did.  Trent was very polite and helpful. Checked right away and sure enough--he had a 1/3 AAA  solar battery. Good customer service is had to find but I found it with Trent.

I found them to be the closest place to recycle bulbs. To make sure I called them to ask whether they would recycle a bunch of still functional incandescent bulbs I replaced in my house. "We'll take them off your hands" was what I heard on the phone. Unfortunately the next morning when I came in with the box they refused to do what they promised on the phone  justhours ago. My time has been wasted. I would not believe the information on their website or what they tell you on the phone...
