I needed a battery for a mobility scooter. Looked on line found the battery at Batteries and bulbs ordered it. A few minutes later I got notice that I could pick up the order. Went to the Rancho store where I was advised the battery I ordered was not the correct battery for this machine. They cancelled my order and gave me the correct battery. Oh and if you order on line you get 10% discount. They included that discount. Great experience.

I had a good experience was able to get the battery I was looking for and it was easy to search online and pick up at the store. I would have gave 5 stars if you guys were better at checking my core to make sure it was no good. I asked the guy to check it and he really didn't give me a straight answer. Come to find out I really didn't need a battery it was a broken switch. So he took a good battery 😒 I guess that's how it goes.

I was greeted as I walked in the door. I mentioned I was there to pick up an online order, 3 seconds later there is a nice lady bringing my battery to the counter(no lie, 3 seconds). They explained everything from warranty to California's new battery recycling fees. After payment and looking around a bit, upon leaving I was asked if I needed a hand. Overall I had a GREAT experience and will definitely be a return customer. I recommend this store to anyone in the local area. I drove 50 miles just to get the battery they had, I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Nice, clean store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I purchased a car battery online and had no problems picking up in store. The battery size for my truck was actually much smaller than the normal battery size assigned to my truck but they helped me resolve the issue without any problems. Prices are also very competitive.

I have to say they were extremely nice and very accommodating to my needs. Pretty impressive. Never new this spot existed. I've been ordering batteries online for my phone. Thank God for this spot!
