I’ve been a happy customer since 2001! Great dry cleaner and tailor.

We have used this place before with no problem, but recently asked for a zipper to be replaced on a sweatshirt my little boy got from Myrtle Beach. Because it was a decal, it tore in their sewing machine equally on both sides through the decal. It had been worn only a few times and was in perfect condition minus the zipper. 

We went back to get a refund because they clearly cannot fix a decal and were rudely told that they had not done the damage, where it clearky was run through the sewing maching.... They refused to bend. This is NOT good customer service. This is greed... for a few dollars. I know people/businesses make mistakes - I am not so upset with that, but when they don't own up, make ammends and are actually rude, the get bad reviews. I will not be using this cleaner ever again. Very disappointed in how we were treated.
