Whenever it comes to tires, my first call is to Albert Lea Bauer Built, And 9/10 times it's my last when searching for good tires. 

I left work for the day and noticed one of my tires had gone flat. I called Bauer Built and talked with the manager. He not only said he could get me in same day and gave me a reasonable quote on a great brand of tire, but loaned me a jack to get my tire off at work. 

After I pulled the tire off, I got it back to him and he and his tech went to work, got it switched in record time. I was so happy that when I brought the jack back, I ended up buying 3 more matching to complete the set. 

Again the manager and his tech went to work and got me in and out in record time. The team at Bauer Built in Albert Lea have never steered me wrong. I have always had good luck with them. And I know if there is ever an issue, the people at Bauer Built will not only take care of my vehicle issues, but make sure I'm satisfied as well. 

Good job again guys!!!

The staff at the tire center were great to work with. I don't know much about cars so I'm always nervous to walk into auto places because I don't know what I am getting charged for. The crew explained what was necessary for my car and what was simply suggested. I wasn't intimidated anymore. I appreciated their honesty and I was extremely happy with the service I was provided, I won't go anywhere else!

A true commitment to customer service at this business. I came in spur of the moment with a bad rattle in my vehicle with less than 30 minutes to close.  They did not miss a beat and promptly got my car on the lift diagnosed the issue and took care of it. Great waiting area as well and friendly staff. Being new to the area it can be hard to find a trustworthy and reliable car shop and I believe I found one!

Extremely impressed. Matt gave me a fast quote with all the options available to me, worked with my budget and listened to my driving habits. With the service guys I was just as impressed. I gave them 15 minute heads up and they swapped all four tires before I had time to finish my coffee. That you guys so much.

These guys have been nothing but super friendly and super helpful every time I've gone in to get my car worked on. Matt is excellent at his job and always explains things so I can understand what's going on. I will definitely keep bringing my car here with these trustworthy people there :)
