Very disappointed with this shop.  Took my vehicle here, they diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote, which seemed high.  Asked another shop that quoted me nearly ½ of what this shop did.  When I mentioned the better quote to the shop owner, he stated the parts alone were near that cost.  I mentioned the quote for parts was far less, he then looked and agreed with the parts price from the better quote.  He was trying to cheat me.  DON’T TRUST HIM! I will never go there again.

Andreas the owner, is honest and fair.  He and his mechanics do a great job and stand behind their work. I wouldn't take my BMW anywhere else.

I have been a loyal client of Bauer for many years now. Their services are top knotch and always timely!

They have very fair pricing, kind staff, and a great place to sit and relax if you need to kill some time. My 2001 Audi has been fully service by them, everything from fixing the window regulators, to coolant leaks, to sensors and tire rotations!

They put their customers first, and Andreas makes sure to do whatever he has to, to make his clients happy. I fully recommend Bauer German Auto for all your German Car Mechanical needs!
