Great new bakery! Traditional Bavarian desserts, breads, deli sandwiches, soups, meats & cheeses offered here. You can also get coffee or bottled drinks here. The service is always great. There is usually a little bit of a line (because the food is good!), but they have multiple employees who keep it moving. 
The chocolate eclairs are my favorite! Oh man, one time I got them as soon as they came out - still warm...wheweewoo they were good! 😃 I suggest going early if you want fresh baked goods.

Bavarian Bakery and Deli has the best freshly made deli sandwiches in the Dover area, and they are huge! There's always a new and interesting sandwich to try when you walk in and the staff are very friendly. The bakery section is always overwhelming to decide upon, but I've never had a baked good from Bavarian Bakery and Deli that wasn't delicious!

What makes a person get up on a Saturday morning to be at a bakery 15 minutes before their 6:30AM opening?  You guessed it!  This place has EXCELLENT pastries, pies, and cakes!  They just opened this week and I couldn't have been more pleased with their new location.

I decided to try 5 items:. Bavarian Cheesecake, Pecan Turtles, (Both of these are "must buys" for me now) Lemon Walnut Cake, Raspberry Cheesecake, and a lime something that looked, and tasted, delicious.

I can honestly say that this early morning excursion made my day begin sweetly and I was a very happy customer. Keep up the great work and I will be seeing you again very soon!  

2017-09-02 just picked up a Fruit Pocket, Pecan Sticky Bun, Almond Horn, and Cream Cheese Pocket.  Awesome!

This is an awesome bakery.  They have pastries, breads, cakes and more.  I love their Almond Croissants.  There huge puffy breads look fabulous.  I would definitely like to try one of them, I just don't think my wife and I could eat all of it.
