This place is good at what they do. However, the staff is incredibly unprofessional, and the waiting time is ridiculous! Today I went and they took all the customers that came after me first and after sitting for 20 minutes in "waiting", I eventually got fed up and walked out.

My first experience there was horrific. I unfortunately went on the coldest day of the year for a waxing.  Either they did not have the heat on or it was kept on super low but the wax would harden/cool as soon as they got it on me.  They could not get it off and it took about 3-4 people including the owner to peel the wax off of me.  I was red and had rashes for days.  Worst experience ever!  Even though they were really apologetic they still charged me full price.  I didn't fret as I'm a pretty chill person and I was trying to be a civilized as possible as I did realize it was a cold day. 

I still go there since it's the only Indian salon I know of in the area.  😣
