I had this unit for 4 months.  I moved out of state and had to come back in the middle of the month to empty it.  I liked the woman who signed me up.  But cannot stand the rules California puts on people.  I do not like the fact that I got no refund for half the month.  You know they are renting my unit out to someone else and making money off people who have to empty the units early.   Also there was a guy there trying to exit his unit.  He lost his keys.  She had to call someone else to cut the lock off and said they could only do it l8ter in the week.  Are u kidding me?  The owner keeps no bolt cutters on site? They have to call someone else to do it?   Polease.  She gave him no other alternative.   Also I told her it cost me alot of money to come down that I thought about just letting the unit go.  She said that would have effected your credit and we would have sold your stuff.   What??????  Storage units in California are a set up to take your money.  Make sure you have a solid exit plan in place.  The owner for this place seems to give no breaks.

My experience with this storage company started off great, but that was before they completely changed the management.  They're a little more expensive than the competition, but their service was good. 

Now with the new management, The office is not open during the business hours, and good luck getting a call back! They do not know what they are doing!
