Horrible customer service. I won a package through them with a free tux and 50% off a dress last summer. I wasn't planning on getting married that summer so I held onto it until I was ready to use it. Three months after the contest she announced she was closing - I had no clue. I reached out and asked if I could come take a look at the dresses and maybe get a coupon for a free tux elsewhere and she agreed. I went to go look at the dresses and there was maybe 2 I could choose form which I understood. I asked the women working about the tux certificate and she had no idea what I was talking about even though the owner said she would leave it with her when I came in (which I scheduled with her). The woman working took my info and said she would get back to me. I called two weeks later and she said she will send a tux certificate in the mail. I received nothing. I messaged her and she read it and did not respond. I am in awe over the poor service. I am really bummed.

Sold me a dress that was too small and PROMISED there was extra fabric to have it let out... a week before my wedding, I go to have it altered and there was ABSOLUTELY NO EXTRA FABRIC AT ALL. ZERO STARS. NEVER GO.

Loved working with the lady's at the boutique. They did an amazing job altering my dress to exactly what I wanted it to be! So excited to be able to wear my dream dress the day of my wedding.

Service was awful, no one helped or greeted us until I went and found the lady because I had a question. I found bridesmaid dresses that I liked and so I ordered them, fast forward two months... we finally have the dresses but they are HUGE on two of my girls. One of my girls wears a size 4 and they ordered a size 10!!! DONT GO THERE!!!! It's not worth the stress!!!
