I have had my children as patients of The Bay City Dental over 15 years the priority service beginning with scheduled appointments have always been in a timely manner and completely to my satisfaction with confirmation calls reminding me on what time to be is really inspiring.. The girls as you walk into the office they great you with a smile. Have you checked in and seated  promptly. I love it. As we wait to be called we are attended by the staff in the back with love and kindness and with also a priority service I just admire the whole team they treat you like family. I enjoy the service this team performs its perfect and definately will refer my family and friends and keep Bay City Dental as our permanent dentist office and remain faithful patients here for the comfort and PROFESSIONAL trained staff you have given us. Again, thanks for treating my family with care.

Love this place! They take wonderful care of my children, neice and nephew.. The dentist and ladies are amazing. They are very patient and caring with my children. Wouldn't take them anywhere else! Best Dentist office in Bay City!

My family loves coming here! Everyone is so welcoming and patient. Finding a great dentist for young children can be tough. I’ve never seen such loving people work with my son. In fact, they treated him so well, I ended up switching from another dentist! I really can’t express how much I love this office. The best part is that my 7 year old looks forward to coming and leaves with a smile!

Love, love, love this Dental Office! All the friendly staff treats us like family. The receptionists in the front are completely on top of all appointments and for a busy mommy like me the calls, texts, and emails are greatly appreciated so we don't miss appointments. All the three Dentists and all RDAs thoroughly explain everything to us. My kids range from 15 - 6 and all my children are completely comfortable. Highly recommend them to anyone!

I have been going to bay city dental for about 7 years now! They have the friendliest staff, it's always nice and clean! I have a 3 year old son and he goes there as well! They work great with kids, I wouldn't choose any other dentist office! Thank you for taking such great care of us! Highly recommend
