Dr. Santoro put my toddler in a straight jacket-she pointed her finger and yelled at him to stop crying. They wouldn't let me see him & I could hear him crying off & on for an hour from the waiting room! He cried so hard he broke blood vessels in his cheeks! My pediatrician agreed with me to not take him back. That office told me my son would never remember the experience. My son is now 7 and it was so traumatic for him he still remembers it vividly. There are MUCH better dentists than this one. If you don't care what happens to your child behind closed doors, take them there. If you care & want them treated with compassion-take them to Dr. Chan in Flint (he's been wonderful with my son and my son isn't afraid of him) or take them to ANYONE else!!!!! Don't put your children in the hands of this dentist. (Remember, 5 star reviews can be made by friends of the dentist who don't actually 'go' there.)

My 34 yr.  Old son told me he was traumatized when I took him here at  6 years old.  He takes his children to Saginaw because of this place.

I would give them a zero but I couldn't. Rude and heartless. I wouldn't take my dog there.
