We have been at this restaurant with my family. The food was delicious. We don't know if the man was the owner who served as but he was so kind and friendly with as, he was working with passion. Deffinately will be back again and I do recommend this restaurant for everyone.

Went to pontinsCamber sands, foodiffy. When asked the staff where to eat in the area was told no where good but to head to Rye. I like to wonder new place and came across Dunnes bar and Rye bar and grill. We where 50/50 both menus looked great and prices the same.  Rye Bar was our choice and I must say I was very happy, food was amazing so yummy. I had scampy and fries chips, yum.... skin on,skinny fries crispy  mushy peas mmmm. Even the seagulls love the food, waiting for us to go for our scraps, if any. Other then food staff are lovely and friendly which is very rare being in hospitality myself. The only thing we were disappointed with was that you where not open on the Sunday even though Google said you where. Please update.  Other then that, thank you for the lovely food and hospitality  #LoveRyeBar&Grill   You guys are underrated. 5***** we will be back.  Also Camber Ale is so tasty need it back home. Will be ordering. #CamberAle #CamberBeer  Vegetarian options: Yes, I think. Being only able to eat fish and chicken it suited me. There isn’t a lot of options for food around and this seemed like the best of the bunch. We had a fish and chips and a vegan burger, it does the job and kept us energised for more beach side exploration!

Me and my family was passing by from the beach and was very tired! Stopped to check the menu + prices. Menu had a lot of choice and prices was very reasonable! Was 7 of us, food was execellent - good size portions and value for money! Would highly recommend.

We found this place on Google, the food looked good and the prices seemed fair. I, unfortunately, really can't say anything positive after visiting. When we arrived we noticed the prices had been increased a lot, so this needs updating online. My "gourmet" burger was like rubber, full of gristle and grease, the oil in the fryer was not hot enough or clean so my chips had soaked in the oil and tasted disgusting and the salad in my burger was not washed. My friends had pretty much the same issue and the kids food was even worse. None of us ate much of our food. The manager was very rude, categorically stated he'd never had complaints, even though a lady at another table wasn't happy with her food. There was no apology and only £10 was refunded of the £80 we'd spent between us. I don't like knocking a local business but if you're wanting to go out for good food, please go somewhere else

I visited this restaurant back in August this year, and I truly wish I hadn't.  There was not much choice of restaurants around the Camber Sands Beach and I was hungry!  The one star is for the staff - they were ok.  But, the food and the prices weren't.  I ordered a burger and salad.  The burger bun was far bigger than the burger.  And, the burger was not really appetising.  The salad was something a child could put together - not appealing at all. I'm sorry but I need to speak the truth - had I read about the reviews earlier about this place I would not visit it!  And, the price did not tally up with the food on the plate - I had to leave almost all of it - that's how bad it was :-

Good food here, well made home made food, drinks were slightly higher than other places, but small family run  friendly place, Average food prices for the area. I found all food to be slightly more expensive in the area than the Midlands- which is where I am from. Next to camber sands. Would imagine it busy in the summer.

Visited this place with the kids for lunch. Service was really good and the gentleman serving us was really friendly. Kids enjoyed their food and we were offered a tale away box for the food the kids didn't finish. Vegan options available here including iced coffee. Would definitely visit again!!!  Vegetarian options: Vegan options available were decent. Spicy bean patty burger, vegan burger and also iced coffee with pat milk

The customer service is the best    And the food is amazing   Kid-friendliness: Amazing

Very expensive for nothing special. Stop serving food very early in evening. Hilarious so called security from Pontins to watch though. He's meant to be calning traffic instead blocking people with his own car and littering the place up. Wouldn't return
