Like so many people, past experience had allowed fear to dominate any thoughts of dental work. Dr. Michael Grandy and his staff have changed that. I've been going to Bay Smile Docs for years and been very comfortable and satisfied. Last week, I had to have a crown replaced. Unbelievably, this was accomplished in 2 hours with no pain. They were so excited to be able to deliver the latest technology in crowns - done right there on the spot in one appointment - that I couldn't help but catch their happiness. Dr. Grandy is compassionate, kind, and exemplifies the BEST of his profession. He is also fair and explains everything. Highly recommend this office.

Wonderful doctors and exceptional staff! I work in the dental field (braces) and I choose this group for my general dental care! Highly recommend them!

This is by far the best Dentist office in Bay County. Everyone is always in a good mood and smiling. Great staff and doctors.

was referred to dr. miller from another dentist for a bone growth that was sticking out of my gum needless to say i was in excruciating pain. dr. miller saw me and wrote a prescription for one pill to be used for an appointment set for three weeks away with the explanation that the insurance co. was slow,i received no meds for pain after asking and the good doctor advising me that these types of growths are always painful i heard nothing until the day before my appointment when staff advised me that they would need me to call my insurance co. for a quote on what they would be paying on my bill. this was when i found out that my insurance co. was not slow but i had been set up an appointment for when the doctor was performing this type of procedure and that there had been no communication from bay smiles until 3pm the day before my appointment so in fact the staff lied to me,left me in pain for three weeks ,i lost 25 pounds because i could not eat just so they could lock me down for a procedure not to help a patient but out of pure greed.
