I had had service done at Hirams Tire and Service Center and initially thought they were honest and competent. I took in my pristine 2003 50th Anniversary Corvette to have new headlight motors and a door regulator put in. They were short handed and I told them not to rush but it took two months. When the car was returned it was damaged on the drivers side door and Matthew Rahalski the owner said it was like that when he started to work on it. This is absolutely not true and it did happen at his garage. The repair bill for the door was 750 and Matt would only give store credit of 175. After the incident with the Corvette my wife brought in her Acura and the front tires that Hirams had installed were gone at 22000 miles. They stated they were not Continental Authorized dealers but the website says otherwise. No proration. NADA. We had the tires replaced with new tires but were concerned that they would prematurely wear as well. We had them double check the front end but they never aligned it or checked alignment. We went to DUNN Tire and the front alignment was way off. We have spent over 4000 dollars at Hirams. This last episode was just sloppy and not doing the job correctly. Bottom line they damaged one of my cars, would not prorate the tires on my wifes Acura which had a 50000 mile warranty and did sloppy work. Kevin is great but Matt the owner has a problem with admitting the truth when making mistakes and making excuses for everything else. We will never go back. See ya and thanks for nothing Matt. I am 70 years old and know what reputable and honest is. BEWARE.

I took my car there on 07/02/16 when they charged me $274.16 which they said was the reason my car would not start. About 2 minutes after I sat down in the waiting room it was being driven a service bay. WHY WOULD IT START FOR THEM IF IT NEEDED A NEW MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR? I later learned from 20/20 that a car can run with a bad mass air flow sensor. I suspect there was a loose wire they reconnected so they could drive it right in. Business must have been slow that day. I wrote this review but when they changed their website the review disappeared.

I've been dealing with Matt and the guys at Bayberry Service Center for years and will continue to do so for many more to come. The staff is always knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They consistently handle all my service issues quickly and at a fair price. Any time I need repairs, they are always diagnosed precisely and accurately. When they fix something, it stays fixed. I highly recommend Bayberry Service Center for all your automotive maintenance and repairs.
