I'm not sure it is possible to have a better ER experience than the one we recently concluded. Absolutely first class from the moment we walked in the door until the very second that we were transferred. The kindness, concern and professionalism of the entire staff was second to none. Not a single negative word from our perspective. Great job BSW team!

Be advised that your copays will likely NOT apply here. I went here thinking it is the same as any other Urgent Care, but it is not. They will tell you that it is, but the $1100 bill you receive in the mail for simple stitches will prove otherwise. My insurance company rep is convinced that they misbilled me, but they have gotten absolutely no where with them. Avoid at all costs, and find a true Urgent Care, not a ER parading as an Urgent Care unless you want the associated costs.

I was rushed here by my wife with classic heart attack symptoms. Turned out to be major anxiety attack due to stress and high blood pressure.
Staff were very pleasant, professional and courteous. One little lady, didn't get her name, was especially caring. She came to my room and offered to take care of me with whatever i needed, toiletries, etc. I am happy with the care I received from this hospital.

Can't believe all the negative reviews on here... we brought our youngest son there today while just driving through the area. Dr. Thornton and nurse Joanne along with the entire staff were unbelievably kind! The service and care was all top notch! They made us feel like family!

If i could give no stars i would. Had a fine experience when we came for my husband to be seen. When he took his doctors note to work their was no physician signature. It didnt even have his name on it. When we bring it back because he was sent home not only did they say they couldnt fix it or do anything about it. They were rude and had attitude by this point im frustrated bc my husband has come back out and told me we will have to go to another er. Ok? Why? He informs me they can't fix their mistake? Nope i had to go in. After scribbling what he needed on his paper. They jus have the doctor sign it. Now im pissed u had me stand here and argue with you. Instead you could have just went back there and asked him to sign the damn paper. Poor poor service i will never step foot back in this hospital again. Horrible hospitality.
