So scheduled my appointment, then tryed to reschedule my appointment because I could not make my appointment.. then I was told that they won't accept me because I miss my appointment. So if you miss your appointment they kick you out or maybe it was just me because of my name. Maybe I was profiled, bad customer service.

After knee replacement, I selected Matrix because it was close to home. What a break to find competent staff & friendly admins that greet you by name. The BEST thing is the atmosphere - some friendly kidding & humorous encouragement that keeps all my effort in a positive setting. The deep tissue equipment used to help promote healing is also a plus. To wrap-up, this therapy center was so good that I'm returning when I have the other knee replaced.

My experience with Matrix Rehab has been amazing! I am being seen for lower back rehab, and the staff here are outstanding!  The physical therapist are totally professional and extremely passionate about helping each patient recover safely and properly. They take the time to get to know you and the nature of your injury. The atmosphere is very positive and uplifting. If you are looking for a physical therapy clinic,  I highly recommend Matrix!

I'd highly recommend Matrix in Wylie.  I was previously going to a different physical therapist in Wylie and basically felt like I was wasting my time by not being challenged.  I began going to Matrix soon after and met Nick who has been excellent in every way.
