Absolute and utter incompetence. Every time it is an issue of some sort. I have double coverage and one of which is through Scott & white, they still manage to have a problem with processing. Wouldn't even use my insurance and I pay the co pay without filing with other insurance. Why does it have to be so difficult?! I despise using this location!!

Staff is friendly and service is usually fairly quick. Selection of over the counter medicine and goods is somewhat limited. They have a drive through and are helpful when customers have questions.

Would be Nice if they answered phone calls that come in 10 minutes before they  close.  Was holding waiting for next available person from 10 minutes before they closed till 5 minutes after they closed.
