I was happy to get a room after Hurricane Harvey, all the hotels were booked.  I happened to show up when some people had checked out.  My three co-workers and I were working the disaster relief and were very disappointed in our current hotel.  When we came in we were greeted with at smile by Emily the hotel desk attendant.  Emily was professional, courteous,  friendly and made us feel welcomed.  We told her our situation and were looking for a good hotel.  Emily was knowledgeable about Baymont Inn & Suites pointing out how large the king bedrooms were and showed us because we were skeptical.  We had a pleasant visit.

Bathroom reaks of mold/mildew. Spoke to front desk and asked them to follow-up, which they did not. Carpet in rooms were in horrible condition along with years and years of spackling built up with no consistent texture or paint color. Bed was decent. Finally, they are currently renovating the carpet in the hallways and half of the second floor was closed due to remodeling. I was not told this when making my reservation and though I don't think it a bug deal, but would rather have a respectful management team that volunteers this information to keep your business in the future. I am staying in this area for the next 9 weeks, and will not stay at this facility again due to the lack of communication and information that was given to me.

Check your charges!  If you have an old debit/credit card you need to get rid of...stay here. Your bank will end up replacing your card due to fraudulent charges. Need more "whatever" attitude than a emo teen going through puberty, they have that too! Need to speak to the manager, don't worry...they don't exist. At least that what it will seem like. "It's not allowed to give the manager's phone number out." But the manager will be here tomorrow...while you're at work. 

With all the other options that there are near this place, you can stay somewhere better. Rooms are nothing special, parking is horrible, and breakfast...might as well be out of a vending machine.

Pillows were tiny, uncomfortable squares.  Breakfast room was trashed and really nothing worth eating.  $125 (with taxes) is no worth it.

Wish I could go lower than one star. Didn't mind the fact that they are remodeling but the place reeks. Our room looked dirty and have seen a few roaches in the morning. Just go stay somewhere else!!!!!!
