I stayed here during the evacuation of a hurricane. The staff was amazing. They made sure that we were comfortable and the best part was breakfast everyday of biscuits and gravy. I would totally come back there again, hopefully we don't have to.

Helping deliver pizza on the weekends allows me to see different hotels and how clean they appear. This happened to be on of the better ones that I have been to in a while. The hotel staff was attentive and helped me find the elevators and told me the direction I would need to go.

I started staying at the Baymont Inn in 2016 . When I come in for my Chemo, all of a sudden they do not want to honor my service dog even though I've taken the papers in several times. And this time when they I went in it was fine the first and second day there was pure jerks I wouldn't recommend you to going there if you have service dogs at the start they will say everything's fine. Then they will change their mind while you are still there. And try and make you pay for your dog even thro it is against the Federal Law too do so!

The only reason I gave it a 1 star is because there is no option for a zero star. The rooms were NOT clean. Mold and mildew in the bathroom. Carpet was nasty. The towel rack was coming off the wall on one side. The knobs were off of the air conditioner and it took it forever to cool the room. There was a Kleenex stuck in the peep hole inside the room. There was no soap in the room. The employees were nice is the only thing I can say nice about it.

Walls are super thin. I could hear everyone’s conversations. I could hear the front desk checking people in while using the restroom. Talk about embarrassing. I did Not sleep well the entire time due to people walking and talking outside at all Hours of the night. People knocking on doors and the wheels of their luggage. The bed and bathroom was fairly clean. The carpets had dust from day one in the corners. But free WiFi, refrigerator, and microwave.
