We were up on business for an 8 day stay. We booked two adjoining rooms, but when we arrived, there were none available. So, we were given separate rooms on the third floor with parking lot views. I asked for help with the baggage, and no one was available. The sinks in both bathrooms had slow drains. The next day, we returned around five o'clock pm after our business to find the rooms had not been cleaned nor the beds made. We checked out and booked adjoining rooms at the Holiday Inn near the interstate. MUCH better. Our local business associates had warned us about the Baymont Inn and we didn't listen. Never again.

Second stay at this facility, great location, Lake Michigan is a few steps away, lots of places to jog, bike, paddle, fish... and many eating options within walking distance. Great hot breakfast and friendly staff. I don't even bother looking at other hotels in the area, this is my pick hands down.

Booked our room on way to destination. When we arrived the desk clerk didn't have our reservation on the computer system. I had spoken to a gentleman at a reservation number and he took my information. He said we were all set. All very unsettling so I had to cancel my credit card and use another. The room was ok but the air conditioner appeared not working properly as it was extremely noisy. Breakfast was sub par but the dining room did have a nice view of the water.

First time staying here for the weekend. Average room, average breakfast. If you stay try to get a room with a view. Location and being on the lake was great! Not happy that when we were out Saturday morning @10am (did not leave the do not disturb sign on door) that they did NOT clean our room. After returning from being gone all day it would of been nice that the room was clean. We had to go and ask the front desk for more towels and garbage bags!! We said something to the front desk and she did not know why it wasn't cleaned. For what we spent on the room that should have been done! Because of that I don't think we will stay here. We will try a different one!

The beds are a little uncomfortable, there's a lot under construction so some of the extras aren't available. The breakfast is decent, though they made my kids put their shoes on before they could get any food, little strange. Only have double beds which isn't ideal to anyone sharing a bed but it is off of the water so the there's a view
