The room we were assigned at check-in smelled like cigarettes, so the wonderful lady at the front desk moved us to a different room (this one facing the pool/courtyard instead of the parking lot). Beds were as comfortable as you'd expect at this price point, room was clean. The pool was really cold so we never got in it but the hot tub was warm. Small selection at breakfast, but our favorite part of continental breakfasts are the waffles and they had two waffle makers so you never had to wait long for a free one.

Employees are very nice, however the pool was very dirty. Lots of bugs and the bottom looked like it wasn't cleaned in a while. Lots of brown patches of accumulated dirt. We stayed in a king room with jetted tub. Tub wasnt clean when we turned on the jets, including ants coming out of them. Bed was extremely firm, so that depends on your tastes. Breakfast was typical of most chain hotels. Other than the tub housekeeping did a good job of cleaning. They have had issues with vandalism in the parking lot, and there were a several people just hanging out in cars.

Great hotel. Nice rooms. It's close to highway 99 side. Very noisy.

This is a smoke free hotel, when we first came in the room the smell of weed smacked me in the face . Me an bf both was concerned about getting billed for the smell also the bathroom door was locked an no way to get it unlocked we even had the maintenance man try to fix it eventually he just said use your key an hold the handle to open it that it should open​, the sink drain is broke. The lamp didnt turn off it stayed on the switch was broken. My first experience here was way better however I don't like when staff lies an books you a more expensive room due to "availability" when a couple later that night got a cheaper room, that wasn't booked ahead of time either. However the rooms are pretty clean but found a couple thong tags behind the sink so house keeping might wanna clean all around the sink .

First time staying. Really nice looking outside and very nice Lobby. Blanca was the one who helped me out and the systems were acting up, so my reservation wasn't showing up. She was awesome through it all. Plus she was very pleasant to talk to and very nice to look at ;) Everything was great in my room. Very clean. My only issue was thee damn remote lol it did not want to change channels for me. Anytime I need a room again I will stay there again and recommend to my friends and anyone else :) Especially when Blanca is working :)
