A nice stay at the Baymont Inn in Oacoma. The rooms are new, very clean and spacious. We were given a room that had both a door to the inner lobby and a door that went directly outside to the rear parking lot which was very convenient. We made use of the nice hot tub but the pool was a bit too cold for us. The stay included breakfast but a few essential things were not available (salt & hot sauce) or quickly run out (coffee!).

Late check in at 0300 am requested late check-out night manager could not approve. Had to call manager in the morning after 0800 am to be told 1200 one more hour. Thanks but I would have found another hotel. But my wife had called ahead and prepayed. I was in route home from ga. Why the night manager or could not make this decision I mean a hour more is beyond me

The nicest thing I can say about this place is that it isn't the WORST hotel I've stayed at. There is no elevator, our room was dirty (not vacuumed, sheets unchanged, hair all over bathroom), and there was a bug in our "clean" towels. In general not a nice place to stay. Would not recommend.

Horrible establishment!! Upon checkin found bed bugs and was offered another room. Proceeded to 5 different rooms which all had bed bugs also. Management did not react appropriately and treated us like we did something wrong instead of trying to correct situation!! Staff member did say they were trying to fight the problem confirming they did have bed bugs prior to check in!!

Checked in late at night. Front desk took forever to get us checked in after having done a reservation online. Requested a portable crib, lady handed it to us to carry instead of helping get it to the room. We had a sick, tired 2 year old and this didn't help matters as we had to fight just to get to the room with carrying everything and no help was offered. Was told to drive around back, where the door to the room was locked with the chain on the door making us have to go back to the front. Very incompetent staff. Room was okay, but experience was ruined by the staff
