My daughter had not been to the dentist recently so today she was a wiggle worm and she'd tears. Overall I was pleased with service. I'm only giving 4 starts bc my daughters spirit was broken while she watched them praise other children I'm front of her face. The assistant definitely could have chosen other phrases instead of " your scaring everyone" " this is what happens when you don't come for a while". I wasn't going to write this review until my daughter asked me why didn't they nurses like me.

Extremely disappointed and distraught about my experience here. Brought my son in for fillings and sealant and he came out traumatized. I asked the lady why didn't anyone come and get me all she could say was that they were already doing the work. My son told me they were holding him down . Even his gogles were on too tight, 1hr after he still had marks on his face. Could have simply been solved or even discussed if they came to me. Seems more like all they want was to finish service so they can get the money

My son don't mind going to the dentist here. They have lots of toys in the waiting room and they do a excellent job on keeping my sons teeth healthy and clean.

Absolutely love it. Today was my son's (just turned 2) 1st visit w/ a dentist. For the first experience, it was very nice. The staff was nice. The dr. Cavallino was super nice, thorough and very concerned with my son's well being. My son loved the playful environment. The cleaning area (has 5 tables) did get a little tense when another kid started freaking out during his cleaning but I find the staff dealt w/ him appropriately. I'm glad I decided to bring my son here!

Dr. Kellie Axelrad is an amazing Pediatric Dentist!! I recommend her to all of my friends that live in New Orleans.
