With 18 locations staffed by 18 attorneys with over 500+ years of experience and other professionals in the real estate and legal fields, we provide full abstracting and title search services. The attorneys of Bayou Title also have extensive experience in the real estate field. Bayou Title’s staff can assist you in transactions involving investment property, including multi-family properties, commercial and industrial properties, and tax deferral 1031 exchanges.

Horrible experience! They don't do what they are paid to do...I closed here and thought I was walking away from the home I sold free and clear, low and behold, I find out that they did not do a title search on the property like they were "supposed" to do, which has now come back to bite me.  This also places a lien on a property that I thought we transferred with a clean title.  When I talked to the office manager, Donna, she was VERY rude!!! I also talked to the owner who straight up came out and said, "we were supposed to have paid that mortgage, but we didn't".  REALLY!!!! OMG... I would never do business there again, or recommend anyone else to.
