THANK YOU !! To ALL of the staff at Baystate Hospital that gave such AWESOME care to my brother Lonnie during his crisis.  My family and I sincerely appreciate the kindness toward us each time we visited.  May God continue to Bless all of you!  You do a phenomenal job!!!

This is an spectacular emergency room. Non other made for life threatening conditions. Do not think you will walk in with the common cold and expect to be seen as quickly possible. Your wait time can be over 6 hours if you do.

In the other hand if you come in with shortness of breath, cardiac, or even mental problems you WILL be seen at an alarming rate with all of the care and love and compassion of the world. 

Not once did I feel as if I was rushed out of a room. Rather I was always given the option to come back if my symptoms persist or worsen.

So if you believe to have a cold, flu or sore throat this is not the place. Please wait until the morning and call your Primary Care and ask for an urgent appointment ☺

When all other places like this have stopped doing it and are using simulators this place is still using live pigs? Makes me ask myself, If they're that behind in the learning procedures how behind are they in medical advancement.

Received great care for my Dad, he was brought in by ambulance and treated promptly.  He had a cats scan done and they quickly moved to a bed side procedure.  Very happy with the care he is receiving, from the ER staff to ICU, wonderful.  When I called to check on him they gave me a detailed account of his well being.  Excellent care.

Been in waiting room for 6 hours. 25 people have been called before me so far. There wasn't 25 people waiting when I got here. I'm here for a cat scan. All these people probably are not. The woman doing cat scans is most likely bored doing nothing. Why am I still sitting here.
