Visited for out of state on vacation. Stadium was nice and clean and the staff was super nice. The lines for the concession and bathrooms always moved quickly and there were plenty of options. Prices were pretty steep even for stadium food. The seats were very comfortable but they didn't gave cup holders.

Came here to go to the Florida Panthers game. Had a blast. Very odd thing though. Last game I bought a Panthers thin, foldable backpack. Security wouldn't let me in with it. It had tissues and my Panthers hat in it. You could buy the exact same one in the gift shop in side. Strange rule!!

Loved the Lionel Richie Concert. The BB&T center is extremely clean. The staff is nice. Nothing seemed like chaos when I was there. Nice enjoyable atmosphere.  The seats we had were nose bleed seats but I have to admit they were not bad at all I actually enjoyed it up there. Thank you BB&T.

Great arena. The parking can be stressful (obviously) so definitely plan ahead. Most of my favorite concerts take place here, good venue for sure.

The venue is ample and handle the crowd of 15,000 guest comfortably. The seats were comfortable to a degree. Some seating areas had a little more leg room than others but overall a great place.  Clean bathrooms and clean facilities.
