Asked to cancel my bank account and they wanted me to physically drive up there after mailing my form. I went there and talked to someone named Nicole. She said she would cancel my account, however it is January 28 and my account is still not CLOSED. I went there on December 30. Poor customer service and i am highly disappointed in the lack of productiveness of a bank with not a lot of customers. This is such as a small task.

This is the second incounter I had with this bank and the lack of customer service skills while using the drive thru at the maple shade location. Both times I was not greeted nor was I ask what can I be helped with. I put my money and my loan account number inside the tube hit the button to send it up and next thing I knew it was being sent back to me. Never was my account look up to see my payment amount for my mortgage  nor was I asked. With that being said I had more money than needed inside the tube because I did not have exact change and she apply the whole amount to my mortgage  without my consent. I then asked why did you make that transaction without confirming it me with me, she then got upset and spoke rudely to me. I'm very this appointment because this the second time I found myself in this situation with this bank at this location 9/15/16
