I have used this branch in Emmaus for many years.  Ron, Shelly and the team have always been very courteous and professional no matter what name might be on the front door.  Home style banking for sure.

Local people are great but services have gone way down since the takeover of Susquehanna by BB&T. Predatory fees, for example $72 for a returned check plus an additional $72 for insufficient funds if it should happen.  Almost all authority has been taken from branch officers. Once you get beyond the local branch, the bank management in NC is rude and surly.

After being a customer for nearly a decade, I've had enough.  Fees that could have been avoided amounting into hundreds of dollars, impersonal service (not knowing my name!), and inconvenient hours.  So I'm finished.  The tellers are all very friendly, as is the assistant manager, but the main guy is the main reason I'm leaving.  He seems more interested in the bank's bottom line than in good customer service.  I want my banker to have my back.
