Stopped by at 9AM on Jan. 5th 2015 to withdraw cash from ATM. The machine went through the motion of reading my card, accepting my PIN, counting the cash, BUT DID NOT DISPENSE CASH. I went inside the branch to inform the staff of the malfunction and to get my money. I ended up withdrawing the same amount for a second time (per BB&T books, only once real cash in my hands) When the second customer walked in behind me with the identical problem, I told them they ought to use common sense and put up a sign at ATM to inform the customers of the malfunction.
I was told "Not to cope an attitude"
