By far the worst customer service of any bank I've ever been to. The drive through should be closed as I'm going on just over 20 minutes and still have yet to be helped.

I love this bank.  The staff is very courteous . I don't have enough words to explain how wonderful Pat is. Over the years, Pat has ALWAYS answered my messages, tried her best to help me, is always welcoming and very very patient. This bank and its staff are a blessing.

The drive in should be closed.  They don't have enough staff to keep it open.  If you have to sit there 10 minutes and get a sorry that they are helping someone inside, is not satisfactory.

The peachtree parkway branch has the best bank employees ever- Estrella and Jillian (not sure if i spelled that right). Always recognize me and are always nice. I asked Estrella about mobile deposit and she went above and beyond to give me the info. I love tgat it feels like a small town bank and not a corporate giant that can't take the time to help you.
