Best limousine company I've used so far.  The drivers are so friendly, reliable and professionals . The cars were clean and new. The limo was right on time for our 4am pick up to the airport,  and coming home our plane was delayed due to the weather in Newark over 2 hrs and the driver waited for us with a bottle of champagne. A friend of mine has been using BBZ for awhile now so I booked  it with , Steve who was so nice and helpful , I wish I could remember the names of the other 2 drivers because they were the nicest people I've driven with .  I definitely will be using and referring them in the future , thanks BBZ

Thank you for the wonderful service you provided for our daughter's prom. Patricio was very friendly and professional, the car was very comfortable and clean. Your services gave us peace of mind that our kids were safe to and from the venue. I would certainly recommend your company to friends and family.

They sent an email the day before as a reminder.  When the driver was almost at our home, he emailed us again.  The driver was right on time, courteous and extremely helpful.  The entire phone staff is extremely friendly and easy to deal with.  Couldn't ask for a nicer group.  They got us to the airport with ease and were there on time to pick us up on our return.  Kudos!!!

was recommended to BBZ by an associate. I had them pick up my senior aunt in upstate NY to bring her to NJ and they were wonderful. She raved about how polite and helpful they were getting her in the car. Would definitely recommend.

I would like to compliment Kristyne on helping me out on booking all 4 of my vehicles with BBZ, but I just can't at this point.  She has yet to respond to me in regards to my wedding night mishap.  
My wedding was at the Venetian and I had a room block at the Marriott, with over 100 people staying over night.  I was assured that I would be getting a 32 passenger shuttle bus at the end of the evening to bring my guests back to the hotel.  As I took the last shuttle back I was shocked to see the shuttle was not what I paid for.   20 people the MOST would be able to squeeze onto this shuttle.  Are you kidding me? This is what I supplied for my guests- what an embarrassment!!  I later found out that guests took an Uber back to the hotel because the shuttle was not big enough and they didn't want to wait longer.   
Still waiting to hear back ...I should dispute the entire cost of the vehicles because of such lack of professionalism.
