Manager ray and associate Tanya insulted a patron because her eyes were bloodshot after driving 48 hours keeping in mind she also wears contacts.. was in the store 5 hours previous purchased 10 beverages 5% alcohol each to share between 3 people.. and two bottles of wine that have yet to be had.. also had a meal between the four drinks she had.. Patron also walked with a friend with her dogs therefore not only was she sober but had she not been she was not a hazard or a threat just someone wanting to enjoy her Saturday night in a responsible manor.

This bc liquor store really surprised me... its in an upscale pretty mall in Nanaimo. I was shocked at the terrible selection, tons of Sawmill and boxed wine, very poor selection of BC wines, and everything else was a write off! Bottlred in BC is a joke to anyone that knows wine... pretty much a massive dissappointment. Save on Foods Parksville is killing you!

Being a wine lovers this place has a very good selection of wines from all around the world with a fair price. If you are looking for a nice wine (not fancy tho) this is the place.
