I've been going to BC Tire since I started driving. They are honest people. Sometimes they have to tell you what you don't want to hear. I refuse to give a bad review because I am mad at my car. They always work with me. To me, the most important asset for a mechanic to have is trustworthiness and BC Tire is definitely trustworthy. They are good caring people. Customer service is great.Marie at the front desk always has amazing positive energy.

I've been going to BC Tire since I moved to the area. Very reliable people, their prices are fair and the service is excellent. BTW they have very good coffee in the waiting room.

It takes a minimum 24 hours notice to conveniently schedule an appointment online. I had a slow leak in a tire from running over a nail. They have a nice waiting room, but the job, which could have been done in under an hour, took 2 hours on a Thursday morning Bring some reading material if you're staying and you're not in the mood for car magazines. The repair was great, and their previous patch has been great for nearly a year. They replaced the valve too, given the tire's age, and topped off the air. Their desk staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and they know what's happening in the garage. The whole job came out to $32.77

Excellent - Tire warning light came on late last night.  Called in the morning and was told to come right in. They assessed the situation, provided a solution, and replaced the tire. There was a bit of a wait but considering I did not have an appointment this was a mute point. The problem was addressed and solved so I could still drive. Whoo Hoo!! Maria took my call and was both pleasant and helpful.  Thanks to the tire program they offer the tire was replaced and the cost was minimal.
