Be Optimal offers holistic medicine as a way for people to educate, empower, and bring out their best self, balancing body, mind & spirit. Whether it’s receiving a session from our holistic practitioners Dr. Cari Jacobson and Dr. Abby Kramer, a session from our nutrition counselor, relaxing with a massage or taking one of our many classes in the Expression Studio, there's something for everyone!

The staff is very professional, dedicated, passionate and very respectful. The boys (4 & 7 yo) & I (35) have been seeing Dr. Abby for about 1 year now.  I am amazed with her knowledge, experience and ability to target our physical & emotional challenges. There is time, I can't explain her truly what is going except by using life situations and she is able to drill down to target the exact emotional or physical issue including any illness (ear infection, colds, indoor-outdoor & food allergies, stomach bug, rash...). I have been recommending her to my friends, family & colleagues. This Holistic & preventive care office is hands down my #1 choice.

On Thursdays 7 pm Oneness Meditation I have been with this group 4 years. The benefits are huge. I love and appreciate this wonderful energy.

Dr. Abby Kramer has helped me turn my life around. I am in the best shape of my adult life, full of energy, and excited about the future. She is extremely knowledgeable and listens to my concerns. Simply the best! Infinite Love & Gratitude.

Really warm and friendly atmosphere. Have had great experiences with my chiropractor there and there are always interesting health workshops going on. Keep up the good work!
