I have lived in Brigantine for over a year and a half. THE BEST CAR SERVICE EVER! Always on time. Arthur is great. I worked in Atlantic City and they were always on time and give work-travel discounts. The prices they charge are very fair. Every single driver is personable, professional, with great personalities. Look no further, this is THE only car service you need. I want to also say this a safe company. No creepies like I experienced with Atlantic City car services.

The absolute worst cab company I've ever dealt with. Other cab companies give you an accurate time of wait when you order the cab. This cab gave an inaccurate time of arrival, and when I called they apologized but said it's going to be later. I explained I needed to be to work, and his excuse was "other" people call earlier. Well other cab companies give an accurate time frame. The driver told me I should call those "other" cab companies. Blame the customer is a terrible business model. If I had known they were going to be this late I would have got an Uber or Lyft ride. I was trying to support the local cab companies but that was a terrible mistake, and now I have to deal with further repurcussions as a result of their lack of promptness, and pathetic reasoning why. NEVER use this company, they care next to nothing about their customers, and have nothing but excuses for their failure to arrive on time.

They drive pretty fast and a little crazy .A huge positive is they were on the money with pickup and dropoff time frame . The vehicle's they use seem pretty beat up and they will stop on way to pick up other passengers which I didn't care for.
