Couldn't give a higher recommendation! We stumbled into an open house that Paige was conducting, and immediately fell in love with the property. While Paige already had several other offers in hand, she remained in communication with us throughout - and when those other offers fell through, Paige put together a truly incredible action plan to get us into the home. She recommended an amazing agent to list our current property, worked with that agent to get our home sold quickly, and seemingly turned the world upside down to get us into the new house - everything from putting us together with a fantastic mortgage broker, to arranging the haul away of the old fridge in the garage. Throughout the process Paige wasn't just our agent, but really become our advocate and a friend - and she will be involved in any real estate transactions we have down the line though hopefully not too soon - this one was stressful enough to last us a lifetime!.
I just had the pleasure of working with Paige for the sale of a condo. Paige did a wonderful job. She was on top of things from the very start and we actually closed escrow early. She has great experience with dealing with the sale of real estate and works very hard to keep your interest at the forefront of the process. She works hard and is always available when needed.
Paige really was amazing at coordinating the sale of my father's home after his passing. She connected me with professional services for an estate sale and home clear-out, and then had the house professionally cleaned and prepped for staging, viewing, and an open house. When we hit a snag in our sale she was determined to make it work and was instrumental in getting it done. I would definitely recommend Beach Equities and Paige Fingerhut in the future.
This review is a little late since I moved into my shiny new place at the end of June, but Paige and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process. I could tell she's been in the business for a while, since she had the network and knew lots of tips and tricks to make sure my offers were getting seen and accepted!. Highly recommend!
Paige got the deal done!!! Multiple offers, counter offers, and concessions. Very happy.
