Love this little gas station. I live in Coronado, and often take the Strand down to IB, and this is very conveniently located. Wonderful friendly staff and competitive pricing. Once, I was in a hurry and forgot my wallet at home, but had my purse. I filled up, and went to pay- and couldn't. They let me go get my wallet and come back and pay. I come here all the time, and they are very friendly. You can get a free coffee or hot chocolate with a fill up too. They have free candy at the front desk, which is nice also, and also give free water and air.

I visited this store when I was in Imperial Beach recently and they have great service. They are so friendly, and it is in a convenient location right near the strand and near the beach. A great place to fill up the tank before the 10 mile stretch on the strand. The owner, Allen, is also very helpful if you need directions!!

I jog every morning with my lab on the strand and I have never once needed my phone when I left my home. On my way back to IB I got a flat tire. I had to walk about 2 miles into Beachside Station just to use their phone. The owner Allen said that would not be necessary and drove me, along with my poor lab, back to the car, where he proceeded to change my tire for me. When I drove back by the station to say thank you once again, the employee said I had just missed him because he had run over to the Boys and Girls club of Imperial Beach, where he volunteers whenever he has free time.

This city needs more people like Allen, great young man.
